What we promise

For 30 days after hand-over, corrections are free — you ask, we fix.

Within 14 days of hand-over you may ask for your money back, as long as you have not asked for more than 3 corrections. Every correction is recorded with its date, so both sides know how many there were.

The order is simple: you fill in the brief for free, you get a quote and a date, and only then you pay.

Tell us what it has to do

This is the step that matters. The more precisely you fill the brief in, the fewer corrections later — these questions are the instruction your app is built from. Filling it in costs nothing and commits you to nothing: you get a quote and a date first, and pay only afterwards.

1. Basics

What this app is, and who it is for.

  • It can be entirely provisional — we need it to talk about the order.

  • One paragraph in your own words. Imagine explaining to a friend why you open it.

  • How you handle this today and what is most tiring about it. This sentence changes the shape of the app more often than any other.

  • You alone, staff, customers? Say whether they are technical people.

  • It decides whether accounts and permissions are needed.

2. Where it runs

What you will use it on, and whether it has to work without the internet.

  • Tick everything that applies.

  • Fieldwork, a factory floor, a basement — if yes, the data has to live on the device.

  • Start on the phone, finish on the computer — if yes, an account is needed.

3. Features

What you actually click. This is the part the schedule and the price come from.

  • Point by point: "job list", "add a job", "monthly summary". It does not have to be pretty — it has to be complete.

  • From opening the app to doing the one thing it exists for. E.g. "open, tap +, type the hours, save, see the amount".

  • A number from 1 to 40. It only picks the suggested tier — not the final price.

  • What you type in, and what the app should calculate, show or print from it.

  • Whether the result has to leave the app.

  • Whether the app should remind you, and how.

4. Data

What the app stores and where it comes from. It decides whether device storage is enough or a server is needed.

  • E.g. "work hours, rates, staff names". List everything that comes to mind.

  • It affects where the data lives and what the terms have to say.

  • Tick every source.

  • Service names and links to their documentation, if you have them. Leave empty if the app should stand alone.

  • Whether anyone signs in at all.

5. Looks

So we do not guess. If you have no preference, say so — we will propose something.

  • A HEX code or simply a name: "navy", "same as my logo".

  • Buttons and highlights. You may leave it empty.

  • If you have a visual identity, give us the name. If not, leave it empty.

  • Links or names plus one sentence on what exactly you like about them. It is the fastest way for us to hit your taste.

  • Things you cannot stand: ads, flashing colours, twenty fields on one screen.

6. Terms

Deadline, budget and how to reach you.

  • Fill this in only if you picked a fixed date above.

  • Roughly — we confirm the price after reading the brief anyway.

  • Who keeps it running once the free-correction period ends.

  • Discord or e-mail — that is where the quote goes.

  • Everything we did not ask about that you think matters.
