Terms of Service

Document status: a draft written from how the shop actually works. Fill in the seller's details filled in on 16 August 2026. Have a lawyer review it before launch. Version of 16 August 2026.

1. Who runs the shop

The ScriptLab shop at https://script-lab.shop is run by Daniel Sornek, a private individual not running a registered business ("ScriptLab", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

Payments and the sale itself are handled by Tebex Limited — a company registered in England and Wales under number 08129184 — acting as the Merchant of Record. This means that:

  • the contract of sale is concluded between you and Tebex,
  • Tebex issues the sales document, settles VAT and handles refunds and chargebacks,
  • ScriptLab is the creator and licensor of the products: we build, deliver and support them.

Purchases made through the Tebex checkout are additionally governed by Tebex's own terms, shown to you during payment. Where those terms and these ones conflict on payments, taxes or refunds, Tebex's terms prevail.

2. Contacting us

For products, licences and technical support, use the support form in your account panel or write to [email protected]. Payments, invoices and refunds are handled by Tebex: https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout.

We contact you by e-mail, at the address used for the purchase or held on your account.

3. What the Products are

The Products are digital content:

  • FiveM scripts (including sl_sync and sl_restart), delivered as cfx.re assets,
  • Discord bot plans — access to the bot's features on a named Discord server for the billing period,
  • add-ons and bundles as described in the shop catalogue.

Products are licensed, not sold outright. A purchase grants you a limited right to use the product; it does not transfer copyright. Words such as "buy", "sell" and "purchase" are used here for readability and refer to the granting of that licence.

4. Scope of the licence

The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual (for bot plans: for the period paid for) and covers use of the product on servers you operate.

Without our written consent you may not:

  • resell, rent, share or otherwise distribute the product,
  • publish the source code or any part of it,
  • remove or circumvent the licence validation,
  • decompile or reverse engineer the code, except where mandatory law allows it.

You may modify the product for your own use, as long as the modified version does not leave your servers.

5. Account and age

Buying and using the panel requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what is done from your account.

You may buy from the shop if you are at least 16 years old. If you do not have full legal capacity, a purchase requires your guardian's consent.

You can delete your account at any time in the panel. Deleting it neither revokes issued licences nor erases the sales records we are required to keep (see the Privacy policy).

6. Orders and payment

The catalogue is an invitation to treat, not an offer. You place the order in the Tebex checkout; check your basket and details before confirming.

Catalogue prices are shown in the currency configured for the shop. The final amount, the settlement currency, the available payment methods and any VAT due are shown by the Tebex checkout. We may change prices; a change never affects an order already accepted.

An order may be declined, in particular where fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected.

7. Delivery

  • FiveM scripts are granted to your cfx.re account under "Granted Assets". This is why a cfx.re account is required at purchase — without it there is nowhere to deliver the product.
  • Licence keys appear in your account panel under "Purchases".
  • A Discord bot plan activates on the named server once payment settles.

Delivery follows Tebex's payment confirmation, usually within minutes. If a product does not arrive, contact us — do not buy it again.

8. Right of withdrawal

The Products are digital content supplied without a tangible medium.

Under EU consumer law, and under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. The Tebex checkout collects that consent before payment.

Until the product has been delivered, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the conclusion of the contract; an unequivocal statement by e-mail is enough. Tebex refunds you using the original payment method, no later than 14 days after receiving the statement.

After a refund or a chargeback, the licence keys from that purchase stop being valid and access to the product ends.

9. Complaints and conformity

We are liable for the conformity of the digital content with the contract under consumer law. If a product does not work as described, report it through the support panel — describe the problem, your server version and what you have already tried. We answer within 14 days.

We are not responsible for the third-party services you need in order to run the product (the FiveM platform, Discord, your hosting provider). Where the fault lies with them we will point you in the right direction — but come to us first.

10. Licence validation and availability

Some products check their licence against our service. The check sends the licence key and a server identifier; this is described in the Privacy policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. An outage of the licence service does not stop a running product earlier than 72 hours after the last successful check — our failure must not take your server down.

A licence may be revoked if the purchase was refunded, charged back, or if you breach section 4.

11. Acceptable use of the shop

The shop is for purchases for your own use. In particular you must not:

  • attempt to bypass security, scan or overload the service,
  • scrape the shop's content in order to reproduce it,
  • impersonate others or disguise your country of residence to get around regional pricing or restrictions.

12. Intellectual property

Rights in the site, the catalogue, its graphics and texts, and in the products themselves, belong to ScriptLab or to our licensors.

ScriptLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games, Cfx.re, Discord Inc. or any other rights holder. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you believe a product in the catalogue infringes someone's rights, contact us — see section 2.

13. Third-party services and sites

Using the products requires third-party services (cfx.re / FiveM, Discord, your server provider). They have their own terms, which we do not control. Please read them: your agreement or disagreement with them does not change the contract concluded at purchase.

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or for obligations you take on there.

14. Liability

We are liable for damage that is a foreseeable consequence of failing to perform the contract properly. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or for the effects of third-party services or of modifications you or others make to the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot be excluded — in particular for intentional damage, or for consumer rights arising from mandatory law.

15. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when the law or the way the shop works changes. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase. For ongoing services (bot plans) we give advance notice by e-mail or in the panel; if you do not accept a change, you can choose not to renew.

The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. That choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside.

Disputes are heard by the courts having jurisdiction under general rules. As a consumer you may also use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

18. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity provided this does not worsen your position; you may transfer yours only with our written consent.

Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it.
